VIP Level 3: you bet A$500 on pokies and win back A$300
- Net loss: A$200
- Cashback: 5% of A$200 = A$10, wagered once before withdrawal
VIP Level 5: a heavy day with a net loss of A$5,000
- Cashback: 15% would be A$750, but the Level 5 cap is A$600
