How to Contact Spinsy Support

Open live chat from the launcher on the right side of the screen, or from the link in the footer. A “Spinsy Live Chat” panel greets you, then asks for your name and email in two short steps, marked 1 of 2 and 2 of 2, before connecting you to an agent.
Use the email linked to your Spinsy account so the agent can find you quickly. Live chat is available 24/7, which makes it the right place for urgent questions: deposits that haven’t appeared, bonus activation, withdrawal status and verification queries.

Email is the better route when:
- you need to send documents for verification
- a bonus or payment dispute needs a paper trail
- you’re making a formal complaint

Spinsy runs an official channel called Spinsy Casino Official, described as “Casino & Sportsbook”, with a link to spinsy.com in its profile. The link to it appears on the lower left side of the Spinsy site. It had 3,186 subscribers when I checked.
Watch out
Copycat accounts are common with casino brands.
Only join through the link on Spinsy’s own website. Check that the channel name and the spinsy.com link match, and never share your password, card details or documents through Telegram.
What to Have Ready
Before you contact support
- Your account email and full name
- The date, time, amount and method of any transaction in question
- The transaction hash for a crypto deposit or withdrawal
- The name of the bonus or promotion involved
- Screenshots of any error message or of your Payment History
