Monthly Play-Off and Monthly Race payouts: 3,000, 2,750 and 2,500 coins for the top three, stepping down to 800 for 10th. Places 11 to 20 get 650, 21 to 35 get 400, and 36 to 50 get 200.
Weekly Race payouts: 1,000, 800 and 600 for the top three, down to 250 for 10th. Places 11 to 20 get 200, and 21 to 30 get 100.
The Sports That Count
Here’s the catch for Aussie punters. The Play-Off only counts football, tennis, basketball, table tennis, ice hockey, American football, baseball and virtuals.
Watch out
AFL, NRL, cricket and horse racing aren’t on the list.
So despite PowBet’s racing section and local leagues, your footy and racing bets won’t earn Play-Off coins.
Stage II: The Final
The top 500 coin holders at the end of Stage I are invited to the final, and invitations can’t be transferred. Coins convert to starting points, and points keep accumulating until the final closes. Late joiners can ask for Late Entry through support or a VIP account manager, and they’re added without bumping anyone out.
First place wins a Lamborghini Urus or a cash equivalent, as decided by PowBet. The terms say top 5 or top 10 prizes may also be awarded, depending on participation.
A Punter’s Stage I
Picture a punter who bets international football and basketball and spins pokies now and then:
- 13th in one Monthly Play-Off: 650 coins
- 45th in one Monthly Race: 200 coins
- 25th in four Weekly Races: 4 × 100 = 400 coins
That’s 1,250 Urus Coins. Qualifying is a ranking, so whether that’s enough depends on the field, and the terms don’t publish a coin target or a past cut-off. Finishing outside the paid places earns nothing, however much you’ve turned over.
The Fine Print Worth Reading
- The winner covers the extras. Import fees, tax, registration and related costs for a physical prize fall on the winner. For an Australian, importing and registering a luxury car adds a significant cost on top.
- No cash figure is given. The prize is the Urus or a cash equivalent “as specified by the Organizer”, with no cash value stated in euros or Australian dollars.
- Rules can change mid-race. PowBet can amend eligibility, structure, scoring and point allocation at any point.
- Other promotions still count. Collecting Urus Coins doesn’t stop you winning other tournaments or promotions.

My take
A free extra on betting you’d do anyway, not a reason to change how you bet.
The minimum bets are low and the coin tables are published in full. But it’s one car across the whole player base, AFL, NRL and racing don’t count in the Play-Off, and the winner pays the import costs. The odds are very long.
