- ID check: your first withdrawal triggers verification of your identity, and possibly your balance and source of funds. Payment waits until it’s done.

Timing a Payout Around the Weekend
PowBet processes requests within 3 business days of the request, or of your last paid withdrawal. The finance team works roughly 4 pm to 3 am AEST, Monday to Friday. So a winning Saturday footy multi, cashed out that night, won’t be looked at until Monday afternoon at the earliest.
The terms also allow PowBet to pay through a different method if the one you chose isn’t available.
Bonus Rules That Affect Payouts
- Sports bonus: 6x deposit plus bonus within 30 days of your first deposit.
- Casino bonus: 35x deposit plus bonus within 10 days, with real money wagered first.
- Conversion cap: no more than 10x the casino bonus can be withdrawn.
- Early request: a withdrawal request mid-rollover voids the bonus.
